Jordan needs 100,000 units

Dr Khalid Wazani, the GM of Jordanian real estate firm Taameer, has said demand for housing units from those on limited incomes in the kingdom will continue for at least 15 years, reported the Jordan Times. Wazani added that 100,000 units need to be constructed over the next five years to meet the requirements of middle and lower income groups. He believed Gulf backed investment would help address this issue.
